Actor Shemar Moore has launched a lawsuit against a driver who allegedly crashed into him in 2009.
The Criminal Minds star was rushed to hospital with a broken leg after a vehicle knocked him off his bicycle in Los Angeles two years ago.
On Thursday, Moore filed legal papers at Los Angeles Superior Court claiming driver Phillip Randall drove into him from behind after failing to give way, reports TMZ.com.
The actor is seeking to be reimbursed for medical bills, his smashed up bike, as well as the loss of past and future income as a result of the collision.
