When I first started blogging my whole focus was on weight loss, exercise, health and fitness. I was following all the rules that said a blog should be on one topic only.
Now it seems that my interests and experiences have evolved and diverged into many different areas. It is time to sort out this great mish mash of ideas and make them easier to find.
Lucky for me, my chosen title still applies ? this blog is about my head, heart and health. I just need to align my posts more simply and clean up the category system.
Head | Creativity (includes studying, writing, blogging, photography and filmmaking)
Head | NLP and Hypnotherapy (includes limiting beliefs, coaching, and thoughts)
Heart | Spirituality (includes my daily thoughts and workbook exercise in A Course in Miracles (starting today))
Heart | Inspiration and Motivation (includes humour)
Health | Body (includes eating disorder recovery, freedom from dieting, and self love)
Health | Life and Sex (includes sacred intimacy, suicide, change and things my boyfriend says)
Hopefully this will make things clearer. Eventually, you?ll be able to subscribe to a single topic if that is all that interests you.
It?s a big job that will take a while to get through 422 posts ? phew!
