I train almost every day (or 30-60 minutes by foot power, mowing the lawn, or doing workout DVDs for 30 minutes), I drink 8 glasses of water a day, I put Benefiber in my water, I multiviatmin, I do not smoke or drink, then I confine or 2 diet sodas semaine.Je the south (usually either a low-fat yogurt, pudding, or granola bar 60 calories 90 calories), lunch, healthy snacks, dinner and a low calorie dessert. I watch portion sizes and make smart choices in calories (no chips, candy, just a low-fat snacks). A few pounds I?m 20 years old, female, 5?3 ?and 122.5. It sounds good. Just be on the safe side, you should almost never sodas anyway. Your lunch or dinner, not too chicken, because chicken skin is a lot of fat. Instead, you can fish. Fat under the skin of fish is very healthy.
